Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrueCRM ("the Platform"), a product of VLS Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

TrueCRM provides industry-specific CRM software as a subscription-based service ("SaaS"). The Platform is provided "as is" and VLS Technology reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share login credentials with unauthorised persons
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Data Ownership

All data you import or create in TrueCRM remains your property. VLS Technology does not claim ownership of your client data. You may export your data at any time, and upon termination, we will provide your data in a portable format for 30 days.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed annually or monthly as per your plan. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. Pricing changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal purposes, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform. Violation may result in account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

VLS Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
