By accessing or using TrueCRM (truecrm.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd., registered at D 27A, 60 Feet Road, Chattarpur, New Delhi – 110074.
TrueCRM is a cloud-based CRM platform with industry-specific editions for Wealth Management, Real Estate, Healthcare, Insurance, and other sectors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use TrueCRM to violate any Indian or international laws, upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse client data entered by other users.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All prices are in INR inclusive of applicable taxes. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of payment for refund requests. Free data migration and onboarding support are included in all plans at no additional charge.
All platform code, designs, and content are the property of VLS Technology Pvt. Ltd. Your client data remains your property. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver our services.
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
